132 days ago  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Our shipping staff do QC every order during packing, to verify that every item is included inside the package. That said, when we are sending out many orders (especially during the holiday rush), there is the very rare chance that a sample will accidently be missing from one parcel. Please send us an email via our website and we'd be happy to resolve this for you.

Generally speaking, we would only decline to ship an order if there was a major problem (like a fraudulent credit card transaction or something else of that magnitude) and if we can't ship an order, we would definitely cancel and refund the payment. Are you sure that you purchased from us and not from a different website?
